We know making travel plans is a big decision. That’s why we’ve designed a simple and flexible booking process. Reserve your space today and start counting down to Italy with confidence.
Do I need yoga experience?
Not at all! Yoga isn’t about touching your toes—it’s about connecting with yourself. Every class is designed to be accessible, with modifications offered for all levels, ages, and body types. Whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years, you’ll be supported exactly where you are. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s connection, movement, and enjoyment.
How do airport transfers work?
Round-trip airport transfers are included in your retreat.
Before the retreat begins, we’ll provide you with a recommended arrival window. Once everyone’s flights are confirmed, we’ll coordinate a group transfer from the airport to the retreat venue.
At the end of the retreat, transportation will also be provided back to the airport for departure.
All you need to do is book your flight and arrive — we’ll handle the rest.
I don’t know anyone else going. Can I still join?
Absolutely! Many people come solo, and retreats are a beautiful way to connect with like-minded souls. Many retreat guests leave with new friendships that last long after the trip ends.
What airport should I fly into?
The recommended airport for this retreat isBrindisi Airport (BDS) in Puglia.
We will provide detailed travel guidance and arrival windows after you register so that airport transfers can be coordinated smoothly.
What is the deposit?
To reserve your spot, a $250 deposit is required.
Because the retreat is limited to just nine participants, this deposit secures your space and allows us to keep the experience intimate and personal.
Are payment plans available?
Yes.
After the initial deposit, the remaining balance can be paid in installments leading up to the retreat.
Payment plans allow you to spread the cost out over several months so you can comfortably plan your trip.
Full payment details will be provided once you reserve your spot.
What’s not included?
To give you flexibility with your travel plans, the following are not included in the retreat price:
• Airfare to and from Italy
• Travel insurance
• Alcoholic beverages outside of organized meals or activities
• Optional personal excursions or spa treatments
• Personal purchases or souvenirs
Everything else listed in the retreat description — yoga classes, workshops, excursions, accommodations, and airport transfers — is included in your retreat experience.
What is the cancellation policy?
Because retreat spaces are limited and we reserve accommodations in advance, the $250 deposit is non-refundable.
If you need to cancel after registering, we will do our best to help you fill your spot from our waitlist. If the space is filled, your payments (minus the deposit) may be transferable to another guest.
For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes.

What makes this retreat different from other yoga retreats?
This retreat is intentionally designed to feel personal, relaxed, and meaningful — not like a packed tour schedule or a bootcamp.
We keep the group very small (only 8 guests) so that everyone feels comfortable, connected, and supported.
Instead of rushing from activity to activity, the retreat is designed around a rhythm of:
nourishing yoga practices
beautiful cultural experiences
meaningful conversations
time to rest and simply enjoy where you are
You’ll experience Puglia through movement, food, art, and local traditions — while also having space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
And because the retreat is hosted by two experienced teachers, you’ll receive thoughtful guidance, personalized attention, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
Many guests say retreats like this become one of the most memorable weeks of their lives.
This was the trip that changed everything.
The week you slowed down.
The week you laughed more.
The week you felt like yourself again.
This is La Dolce Reset.
